Direct Deposit Information
To initiate direct deposit to your credit union account, provide the following important information to your payroll provider or other source of funds:

• Credit Union Routing & Transit Number:  321378754
• Your Credit Union Account Number:  __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
  Do not include any suffix number; for example your Checking is 9999-08 provide only '9999'

Address Change Request
We are now able to process Address Change requests with the submission of a new form.  Print this form and mail to us to initiate an address change.  Once we receive the form, we may call to verify the validity of your request:  Address Change Form 

Lienholder Address Update for your Vehicle Insurance Company
In order to update the credit union's mailing address with your vehicle insurance company, you may be required to submit a request in writing.  We have outlined a sample letter that you are welcome to use.  Be sure to sign it!  Lienholder Address Update Letter 

Report Fraudulent Activity on Any of Your Aloha Visa® Cards; Debit or Credit!
If you suspect your Aloha Visa® Debit Card, or your Aloha Visa® Credit Card has been compromised, or that unauthorized transactions have been attempted or cleared through either of your Aloha Visa® card accounts, please contact us immediately.  It's important you document as much as you can, including any transaction information you are aware of.  Use our Fraud Report form  as a starting point.
